The fingerprint scanner does not work? Try These:
1.Remove any existing fingerprint and Re-Register your fingerprint after tempered glass is installed.
2.Register the same fingerprint twice. Add one more fingerprint (the same finger) once the first fingerprint is added.
3.Set the Touch Sensitivity High.
4.Cure the fingerprint scanner area for extra 2~3 minutes and try again.
Precautions after installations
Give the adhesive time to fully cure and dry and do not install a case directly after installing the tempered glass or it may lift the tempered glass.
Minimum use in the first 3 hours after the installation is recommended.
Precautions when removing the tempered glass
1.When removing the tempered glass from the device, face it towards the ground before removing.
2.Remove it outdoors or hold it near a trash can.
3.Use your fingernails and slowly lift the glass from the corners to remove it. (Removing it suddenly could lead to damage or injuries)
